Account Co-Ordinator (Sydney)

Yango is currently looking for an energetic Account Co-ordinator with ambition and a great attitude to join our team. The successful applicant will have a passion for data and analytics and will ideally be a Media, Computer Science, Mathematics or Economics graduate looking to start a career into the exciting world of digital marketing.

Day to day, you will analyse and interpret campaign data via or proprietary platform “Rubii” to then prepare mid and post campaign client reporting. You will also assist in setting up and managing campaigns as well as undertaking a wide variety of duties supporting the wider Yango team across client service, finance, events and marketing.

Primary Duties

Assist Account and Campaign Managers in their day to day duties

Manage mid and post campaign reporting process across client patch

Campaign pipeline and budget forecast management

Setting up client campaigns in Yango’s propitiatory platform “Rubii” as well as 3rd party ad/mar-tech platforms

Creative trafficking and screenshot reporting

Assist team with and support in campaign set up and management


Percentage of Position: 60%


Secondary Duties

Daily monitoring of campaign pacing and performance reporting any issues to the manager

Assist developing client proposals and processing campaign bookings

Tagging management including pixel creation


Percentage of Position: 30 %

Plus other duties that may come up from time to time – 10%

Tertiary Study – University degree preferred

Experience – Any industry experience preferred but not essential

Communication – Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Literacy & Numeracy – Strong literacy & numerical skills

Agility – An ability to work in a fast paced and small team environment and take ownership of your work

Interpersonal Skills – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make strong connections with both internal and external stakeholders

Technology Skills – Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, and PowerPoint

Initiative – Possess the ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision (support will be provided)

Project Oriented – Ability to manage multiple projects with fixed deadlines
